Our service doesn’t stop after you’ve found your wedding dress, we aim to help you throughout the whole process.
Collecting your wedding dress
So its almost the big day and your wedding dress is ready for collection.
Before your arrival we will pack your dress up with acid free tissue paper to prevent any creases on the bodice and put it into clear plastic bags to keep it clean. It will then be placed into a large opaque dress bag for transportation and to keep its contents a secret! When you arrive in the shop we will go over all of the items you are collecting and ask you to sign our collection book before saying our goodbyes and wishing you luck for the big day!
Cleaning and caring for your dress
After a wonderful wedding day there may be marks on your dress, or you may just want to freshen it up, we offer a specialist cleaning service. If you are interested in this service please contact our shops for more details.
After cleaning we can also offer to pack your dress up into a sturdy box for storage, using acid free tissue paper to keep it safe and prevent discolouration in the future. We normally use a simple white box but there is also a choice of more decorative boxes if it is to be on show. This way your dress can be kept for years to come and serve as a wonderful reminder of all the amazing memories you have from the wedding day.
